MOIT Islamabad Job 2022

The Ministry of Information Technology (MoIT) was established in 1987 in Pakistan with the mandate of developing and managing an improved ICT infrastructure for the Government of Pakistan. The organization currently has a staff of over 1,200 employees and oversees a budget of approximately Rs.1,000 crore. 

The MoIT is responsible for providing high-speed internet connectivity to all citizens and businesses in the country, as well as spearheading Pakistan’s participation in the global ICT market. The Ministry of Information Technology (MOIT) will soon be hiring numerous information technology professionals in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry. Previous experience as IT Manager or Head is desirable but not required for entry-level candidates.

 Candidates should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Experience working on large-scale projects (involving large numbers of staff, suppliers, and contractors) will be an advantage. 

The successful candidate will be able to lead teams and manage change effectively, take on complex tasks without supervision, work independently on projects with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and operate successfully under pressure to meet deadlines.
